By mounting the bin lifts to the side of the RCV’s body rather than the back the Translift has the obvious safety benefit of keeping the operators out of the road.
Described as the modern solution to municipal waste collection the Translift Sideloader system allows for a quicker and more efficient collection round as crews don’t have as far to travel between bin and vehicle.
To compliment the Sideloader system CPD Translift refuse collection vehicles are fitted with either a fixed body which delivers payloads up to 11 000kg or with an innovative demountable system.
This demountable system can increase productivity by up to 30% and gives the operator the option to demount the full container onto the ground, at a disposal site or straight onto a trailer or other logistics solution for transportation.
All CPD Translift RCV bodies are fitted with the Screw Compaction system as standard; which makes for a highly efficient and low maintenance method of compaction. In short whatever waste collection and disposal system is required then the CPD Translift is the answer.
