CPD RCV: The Titan

The latest fruition of many years manufacturing and waste collection engineering experience; the CPD Titan is set to improve the way the waste collection industry goes about its business.

Built with both the owner and operator in mind the Titan is a robust RCV, designed with a maintenance free compaction unit capable of handling paper and cardboard. Able to collect from multiple streams with no compromise it is an ideal refuse collection vehicle for the collection of; household, green, food and co-mingled waste.

Fitted with a new generation of hydraulics the Titan has a mere 14 second compaction cycle. Requiring only 900 rpm from the chassis. The noise produced never exceeds 65 dB and the vehicles fuel consumption is immediately reduced by up to 25%, drastically decreasing the RCV’s carbon footprint.

Four built in compaction ratios as standard ensure a maximum payload whilst its keel shaped floor allows for easy collection and drainage of leachate juices.

The Titan body comes in varying sizes; ranging from 6m³ - 30m³ and is manufactured with smooth curved sides for easy cleaning and advertising. All the hydraulics are positioned at the front of the body leaving the roof and hopper clear thus reducing the need to work at height!

A narrow tailgate with very short over hang allows for exceptional manoeuvrability, safe and comfortable to control the Titan can complete a collection round quicker and more efficiently than its rivals; making it one of the most cost effective pieces of refuse collection equipment on the market.

When fitted with the LE-SPLIT full electric bin lift the Titan becomes a very productive and environmentally friendly piece of refuse collection equipment.
