CPD Tyres: Its the little things that Count

In a highly competitive market it’s the little things that count, and for C.P. Davidson & Sons Ltd being able to offer their customers those little things has always been key to their high standard of customer service.
Whilst they have always offered their commercial vehicle customers a tyre management service, CPD often found they outsourced the actual fitting of the tyres to other companies. Speaking with operations director Robert Davidson, he stated: “Outsourcing the fitting has always been a temporary measure, and as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service we have always planned to manage the complete process on site”.
Clearly wanting to offer their customers a true one stop shop experience, CPD made the decision to invest in a new tyre machine and wheel balancer. Dedicating one of the bays in the workshop at their headquarters in Chorley purely to tyres, they now comprehensively manage their customer’s full needs.
Having been only a short while since the opening of their new tyre bay, CPD are pleased to announce that their ethos of supplying quality tyres at quality prices has been fundamental to the success of this new venture so far.
And although admittedly its early days, CPD are confident they will soon be supplying tyres to the whole of Chorley; on either a reactive basis; as and when required, or if preferred through an annual fixed price per vehicle.
Well prepared to offer all sizes of tyres to all vehicle owners, CPD are no longer working solely within the commercial vehicle market where tyres are concerned and have already supplied a Bentley and a Ferrari as well as a number of other car owners within the local Chorley area.
